One or more of these buttons is used on the navigation bar

 

 

To add a new record click on the button.

To delete (or archive if applicable) click on the button

To save changes made click on the button.

To cancel any changes made click on the

If the information button is displayed clicking on it will provide info on the meaning of colours used.

if the filter button is displayed clicking on it will open a screen allowing you to filter the contents of the grid

If the diary button is displayed it will add the contents of the dated note into the diary using the date of the note.
